Green Screen is an independent audiovisual company headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Founded in 2001, it stands as one of the pioneering production companies in Bangladesh, previously recognized as Krishnachura Productions.
Since its establishment, Green Screen has produced over 1500 episodes of popular fiction, non-fiction television contents and documentaries. A number of technicians, professionals, actors and many positive changes to the industry has been introduced by Green Screen. Green Screen's commitment to producing quality content across various genres has contributed to their success and recognition in the industry.
In recent times, Green Screen has expanded its production ventures to international Co-productions. RADIKALS, a Filipino short film co-produced by Green Screen has garnered the section in 63rd La Semaine De La Critique, Cannes 2024. Another Pakistani feature film INDUS ECHOES is in the distribution, which is the first ever Sindhi Language film from Pakistan in the last 27 years. Additionally, Green Screen has also established collaborations with various OTT (Over-The-Top) platforms, recognizing the shift in audience preferences towards online streaming platforms. Green Screen was nominated as one of the Decision Makers of QCinema Project Market, Philippines in 2023.
